Bluebay Consultants (Pty) Ltd is a unique consulting firm who specializes in assisting Financial Service Providers in the common everyday struggles experienced in the insurance field.
We have an appreciation for the above-mentioned struggles as we have been personally involved with FSP’s on all levels ranging from standard intermediaries to more complex challenges such as setting up Cell Captives. We have come to realise that the everyday struggles are not just frustrating, but also effects the potential to generate revenue.

Juristic Representative services
BLUEBAY will act as a Juristic representative whilst an FSP’s application is applied for.
Quick registration
Access to quick registration as an FSP with the FSB. We pride ourselves on guaranteeing that the FSP will have obtained its FSP licence in a maximum of 60 days.
Product structuring
We will, in collaboration with the client, design products for the client’s potential market. We are in the unique position to use our team’s qualifications and background to determine rates, policy wordings, terms and conditions and close contractually on behalf of underwriters and UMA’s. This allows us to shorten the administration time of getting a client live so that they can focus on generating revenue and becoming a successful FSP.
