Using both his qualifications and experience Mike specializes in actuarial pricing (group schemes and individual life); actuarial valuation of mainly defined benefit pension and provident funds; actuarial and legal considerations pertaining to structuring of cell captives and then finally the structuring, implementation and ongoing management and compliance oversight of Binder Arrangements, both UMA’s (Underwriting Manager Agency Agreements) as well as NMI’s (Non-Mandated Intermediary Binder Holder Agreements).
